Our Compliance Specialist will work in close collaboration with our existing Compliance Team. This new position involves conducting detailed analyses of banks’ loan originations and managing projects to ensure that government-mandated reports are submitted correctly and on time throughout the year.

We are seeking a bright person who has an easy facility with numbers, likes nitty-gritty detail work, and can prioritize and manage competing projects and deadlines. Ideally, this person would be able to read and apply government reporting requirements and guidance.

Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite is beneficial, but not necessary. Prior CDFI experience is not required. Prior banking knowledge or experience would be beneficial but is also not required.
