As a Consultant with Sones & White, you will work in close collaboration with our Programs Team or other teams to interpret government program requirements and execute annual CDFI Fund programs. This is a project-execution role that includes working with lending data, demographic data, and Sones & White’s CDFI Programs processes and tools to draft grant applications, certification applications, or compliance reporting.

An ideal candidate has strong writing skills, is detail oriented, communicates effectively, and can prioritize and manage competing projects and deadlines. This person should be able to take initiative, work independently, capably manage Programs-related tasks, and collaborate well across various teams.

Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite is beneficial, but not necessary. Prior CDFI experience is not required.
