Wendy Hankins works as a Compliance Specialist at Sones & White. She was born in Kosciusko, Mississippi, and attended Magnolia Speech School, Jackson Academy and Madison Ridgeland Academy, where she was awarded an MVP in track her senior year. Wendy graduated from Mississippi College with a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a minor in business. She brings over thirty-five years of experience to her role at Sones & White from her years as an Information Systems Audit Programmer and an Information Systems Auditor II at Trustmark.

Wendy continues to be active at Magnolia Speech School, where she volunteers annually at their Golf Classic Tournament and served as a presenter with their A Banker in Every Classroom program in November 2022.

Wendy and her husband Jeff have a married daughter who lives in North Carolina. In her free time, Wendy enjoys walking and jogging, reading novels, crafting, and fishing and boating with her husband. She is an avid birdwatcher and loves taking photos of nature and wildlife.
